Norwegian Institute of Marine Research gets fund for new robotic floats
The fund provided by the Research Council of Norway will be used for new robotic floats that can be equipped to measure pressure, temperature, salinity, light, pH and nutrients in the toughest environments, even under the ice. Some of the most advanced sensors to be used on the Argo floats are manufactured by Aanderaa. Read report.
